Bringing the focus back onto the wearer, a collection dedicated to freedom, and a true celebration of “You”. The Spring Summer 2022 collection is all about the easy-going vibe of Bombay, borrowing from the ethos of being born in the maximum city. Fit to go from lounge to play, from party to resort.
‘It’s So You’ is a collection built on bespoke prints, right from vintage paisleys to the trend of this season - stripes, along with embroidered highlights interspersed throughout the collection to add a dash of glimmer and flair. It plays around Mumbai’s heritage motifs and icons, intricately striped details, and water wash solids, bright colour, along with the signature tassels, adding details of shells, mirrors, and coins to keep it spirited and fun.
This collection has ben the most important collection from my SJ journey as it made me think out of the box & explore my creativity to the full extent.
Executing silhouettes & creating details which speaks SJ Aesthetics was one of my major role during this collection.
